I have been going there for over a year now. The food these days is normally dry. You can tell it’s been there for a very long time. Complained to a stuff member who went ahead and told me that they have been quite so the food has been out for some times. The noodles were even hard. Went there last night and couldn’t eat the prawns. Had some veggies and some toasted bread . I was vomiting the whole night and still in bed now. The food is not fresh at all

The food was was not that great below average I would say. Anything that i ate was cold and some items were not even cooked properly. Such a terrible experience wouldn’t go there next time.

Don’t even know where to start…. The food wasn’t great at all. Found hair in rice (picture included). Had to pay for drinks separately (haven’t been told when we came in, being the first time at the restaurant).Most of the food was very greasy. The salty prawns or whatever they call it, had no salt but plenty of oil. Staff couldn’t be bothered. Fire exit was obstructed - how are you meant to evacuate in case of emergency? Quite concerned about that, being a professional in the field. Overall experience very poor and it would take a lot to change my mind.

We've been here on a Thursday evening, a group of 15 ppl. The food looked old, and didn't taste very good. The staff never came to our table to take away the dirty plates. The desserts are limited and the ones that are available are not good. Never again

Although the atmosphere was ok and the staff were friendly. Unfortunately the food isn't good. I came in at 6pm with my family expecting nice hot food, my food and my family's food was cold. The rice, dumplings and noodles were cold and the shrimp were cold, oily and had a horrible texture. My first plate of hot food was my last. So I tried the desserts and the fruit, which had a poor variation. There was a sushi stand with nice flavour. I do try the shrimp again and it's not only lukewarm and oily, it was dirty. I believe this should is basic chef knowledge to know how to correctly clean seafood but I digress. The pancake concept is rare but I can't dismiss the abomination. I spent good money and from my first plate I understand this wasn't the best use of my money.

Well we paid 20£ each is a little bit too much for what they offer.
For me a reasonable price will be 15..
Food is tasty but not high quality
Diversity of fodd is good but still limited.
Lot types of rice wich is just rice if u think sprinkled with different types of things
Meat is ok but just some sortiments..

Very disappointed with the whole experience. I went with a party of 13 for my wife's birthday and had 3 tall children 11, 12 and 13 with us, which I had to pay full adult price for even though they was never going to eat a lot maybe 2 plates of mains and dessert each. Was then shown to our table which was right next to the buffet and we had people brushing pass our backs for the whole meal and one of the chairs was placed at the end which was right in a main transit route for people so had to move back and fourth to let people through. The food was very basic and didn't have a great selection and not very tasty. We was then told twice that we only had so much time left at our table so limited on time and felt rushed. Have definitely had better buffet experiences.

I have allergies to gluten, dairy, nuts, onions, and garlic, and there are very few dishes available for people with these dietary restrictions.
We visited this restaurant for the second time. My husband was able to try different dishes, but I had to eat the same thing again because there aren’t many gluten- and dairy-free options.
Additionally, in the area where fresh dishes are prepared, the food doesn't look very appealing. There is a strong smell of frying, which makes me think trans fats might be used.
Another issue is the attitude of the staff, including the manager. It feels like they are giving off a "pay, eat, and leave" kind of vibe, with no friendly smiles or welcoming gestures.
The girl selling entry tickets could improve her hygiene—her hair looked greasy, which is unappetizing, especially since she is the first point of contact with customers.
As for the service, the waiters could show a bit more enthusiasm. They look as if they are working there as a punishment.
Overall, the food is tasty (even though I had to eat the same thing), and for people without dietary restrictions, there are plenty of interesting options. However, for those with gluten and dairy allergies, the choices are very limited.
It would be great to introduce some changes—perhaps offering a gluten- and dairy-free pizza once every two weeks. People with allergies would appreciate it and be happy to try something new.
I can recommend this place, but it would be even better if there were more options for people with food allergies.

I used to have enjoyable experiences at this establishment, but unfortunately, my recent visits have been disappointing. There is a big blonde woman at the door who behaves more like a bouncer than a welcoming staff member. On both occasions I’ve visited, she has been argumentative and unprofessional, particularly when addressing requests or concerns.
During my most recent visit, her behavior significantly impacted my friend, who suffers from anxiety, ultimately ruining our evening. While the rest of the staff were generally fine and the food was acceptable, I was concerned about the lack of hygiene, as I noticed several children touching the food with their hands. While I understand that buffets come with certain challenges, this was particularly off-putting.
Unfortunately, due to the unpleasant experience caused by this staff member, my friend and I will not be returning. I hope management takes this feedback into consideration, as addressing this issue could greatly improve the overall experience for future customers.

They have everything over there. Good for lunch and dinner. There are desserts too. The price in too good for such variety.

Went to spoons for the first time ever with the family amd all I can say is great food £90 all in for food and drinks for 1hr45mins the kids loved it will definitely be going back the staff are great cleaning plates off the table all the time thanks

Zaplanowane wyjście nie doszło do skutku, pomimo, że godziny otwarcia są stałe i widoczne na konie i stronie internetowej a także w google map to zastaliśmy klientów w środku ale restaurację zamkniętą 90 minut przed czasem.
To kolejny raz kiedy zamykają drzwi bez wcześniejszego poinformowania.

Food isn't that great all seems like it's cheaply made.When it first opened the food was lovely and all freshly made.Now it's all tastes like it's been sitting for a good while.Sauces are always really watery when ever we go.Prices for dinner are a bit much and doesn't reflect the quality of food.Some times the people collecting the plates will tryand take them whilst you're still eating.If the food was better the the price would be good for the amount of variety that you get.

Great place to eat, we went for New Years Eve and had a great time. Staff were fast and friendly. However, have been trying to book a larger table for weeks, cannot book a large table online and they do NOT answer their phone! Really puts a downer on the last time I was there. Really want to go back, please answer the phone.

Came here this evening with friends, we was originally going songs in Chelmsford but been there before and haven't been here so we thought we give this a try. First told have to pay cash for food but can use card for drinks, ok strange. Sit down no 1 comes and tells you how works or anything so we just took a wild guess and went and helped our self. Food average, ok, nothing to shout about. Some horrid. Staff, seem to have a lot of staff around but most not doing anything, very unprofessional, standing/sitting round on their phones, chatting qnd eating. No one was clearing the table, yet all literally on the staff table next to us. Eventually someone came over and said can I clear your table for you, my husband said yes please they cleared that side but not the other side of table 🙈 . The chocolate fountain I don't know what was wrong with that but that was grim to look at and husband got a bit and it like went clear over his food like water. Did tonight make me want to come back defo not.
